This satellite can be received in 46 countries in and around Europe and has a range of 110 million families which means more than a quarter of a billion potential viewers.It will be possible to have subtitles in five languages which means that the principally Dutch programmes will be translated into e.g. English, German, French,Spanish and Portuguese.

Furthermore we are trying to come to some form of cooperation with the ten Dutch Regional broadcasting companies which also broadcast via Astra. Potentially Happy People of the World has a range of more than 10 million people in The Netherlands. Astra by itself transmits the signal to about 850,000 families. Taking into account that every family consists of 2.4 persons on average, this means almost 1.9 million potential viewers.

If we add the reception-range of the regional broadcasting-companies to that, Happy People of the World can also be received via cable television in practically the whole of The Netherlands.

We will make use of the international video-databases of several charitable institutions. There will a lot of attention for the preparations, the construction and the travels of the Happy People Solarship as well as coverage of the Happy People Cities, editorial items, special news coverage, also for children, a soap which will be developed by INHOLLAND and interviews with well-known Dutch people and international stars.

Since we have 3 themes viz. art, sports and games, we can also broadcast commercials.

Extension of broadcasting time will be possible in the long term.
